Reporting a bank format
- Tell us the bank name and whether the statement is PDF or Excel.
- Describe what went wrong: missing rows, amounts in the wrong column, wrong dates, or an error from Tally.
- Please don’t send a real statement. A screenshot of the column headers with account details and amounts blurred is enough for us to add support.
